RULES AND REGULATIONS
The official language in the campus is English.
Students are to be cleaned and tidy in all respects.
Any damage done to the school property is to be made good by full payment of cover the loss.
The students are responsible for the safe custody of their personal belongings.
Costly articles like gold ornaments, electronic gadgets including cell - phones, money etc. are not be given to the students.
Students are not allowed to make any collection without the permission of the Principal. They are not allowed to give gifts to any member of the staff.
Stealing, Physical violence, use of intoxicants etc, are considered grave offences and students indulging in such activities will face immediate suspension or dismissal.
Only the parents / Guardians can take the children out of the school. An authorized person can do so with his / her signature being attested by the parent.
The School reserves the right to take decision on emergency medical situations.
The names of the students will be struck off the rolls for non - payment of fee or other dues within the stipulated time.
They will not be permitted to appear for any examinations.
Without the explicit permission of the Principal / Warden, students are not allowed to contact outsiders.
The fees once paid will not be refunded.
Full fees will be charged from the student who discontinues or made to discontinue during the course of the academic year.
Students should not bring and use medicines on their own. The medicines are to be kept with the resident nurse.
Students are not allowed to use mobile phones in the school campus.
If such mobiles are found with any student, it will be confiscated, and it may lead to suspension or dismissal from the school.
The principal's written permission is required in the following cases. To make collection for any purpose, whatsoever, to arrange for a meeting, a party, a picnic etc; to leave the school premises during working hours; for any student to join a sports meet or to play a tournament outside the school.
All students should be punctual. They are expected to be in their class immediately after the first bell 8-40 am. The school gate will be closed at 8.50 am
Students who come late will not be admitted to class without permission from the Principal. The late comers will be marked absent for half day. Habitual late comers will be sent home.
The full and clean school uniform must be worn all days. Speaking in English is compulsory for all students.
Running, playing, shouting and whistling inside the school building are never allowed.
The school is not responsible for the personal belongings such as money, ornaments etc.
The student must attend the school daily; parents should not request that their children should leave before the school time.
No leave of absence will be granted except for serious reasons. The absentees will not be admitted to the class unless an application for leave is entered in the diary and parent should show it to the respective class teacher after principal's Signature.
No half a day leave is granted. If a student is absent for 15 days without any permission, his or her name will be removed from the rolls without any warning.
The school reserves the right to change or modify from time to time the terms and conditions without prior intimation.
