'Yoga' is a Sanskrit word and a practice of physical exercises called 'asanas' or Yoga poses, which originated in ancient India. Most of us only look at these physical benefits of fitness and workouts, but Yoga has much more to offer. It unites body, mind and sprit and life's journey thus becomes calm, happy and fulfilling in this harmonious method for weight loss, stress relief, detoxification and better intuition.
